Have you done everything “right”? Built a career, checked the boxes, kept it all together.

On the outside, your life looks good. But inside? You feel disconnected—like you’re constantly overthinking, stuck in self-doubt, or just going through the motions.

You’re the one others rely on, but you secretly feel exhausted. Maybe your relationships aren’t as fulfilling as you hoped, or work no longer gives you a sense of purpose. You wonder if your past is still shaping the way you show up today, but you’re not sure where to start.

Individual therapy can help if you’re feeling:

  • Stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges

  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress

  • Dealing with past trauma or painful memories

  • Facing relationship difficulties

  • Looking to improve self-esteem, confidence, or self-awareness

  • Seeking personal growth or clarity

Therapy isn’t just about talking about problems—it’s about taking time to slow down so you can reflect, notice pattern and work towards real change.

Together, we can explore how your past and present are connected, so you can break free from old patterns, strengthen your relationships, and create a future that truly aligns with who you are.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

There’s a way forward—one that doesn’t involve just pushing through, but actually understanding yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way.

You are worthy of the care and support.

It can be challenging to contemplate carving out the time to come to therapy.

Individual therapy can help you feel more whole, connected and aligned.

Therapy that fits you

Therapy needs to work for you.

Our relationship should feel comfortable, safe, and supportive.

You’re in control of how we spend our time together. Some weeks, we may dive into deeper questions, explore past experiences, or reflect on your emotions. Other weeks, we’ll focus on practical strategies to help you navigate tough times. The pace and direction are entirely up to you.

My approach is rooted in emotion focused, experiential and change-based therapy which means I help clients work through emotions in a safe place and pace, and work towards building supportive, secure relationships.

The approach I use is especially effective for those who want to address trauma, emotional blocks, or patterns that may be holding them back. It’s a powerful tool for healing at a deeper level, helping you move toward a more fulfilling life.
