About Ashlee Allen, Therapist in Napanee, Ontario

Hello and welcome!

I’m Ashlee, a Registered Social Worker (RSW). My work is rooted in a deep curiosity about how people navigate life and find ways to thrive in the world around them. I am both honored and humbled to hear stories of resilience, survival, and struggle, and I aim to engage in collaborative, therapeutic conversations that help people move from a place of suffering to a broader understanding of who they are, their strengths, values, and the powerful ways they can show up in the world.

I’m passionate about exploration—whether it’s through traveling, discovering my local surroundings, reading, or learning new things. I’m also focusing on building a deeper connection with nature and the land around me, a journey I love sharing with my spouse and children.

*I live and work on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Anishinaabe and Huron-Wendat peoples in Napanee, Ontario. I seek to learn, understand and repair some of the injustices and harms through which my ancestors came to these lands through committing to lifelong (un)learning, grounding my practices in anti-oppressive frameworks, reflexivity, and financial retribution. I am open to feedback and discussion.
