Individual Therapy in Napanee

Therapy for anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing and emotional overwhelm

You might be here because things look fine on the outside—but inside, you're exhausted from second-guessing yourself, managing everyone else's needs, or trying to hold everything together.

If this feels familiar, you're not alone—and things can change.

We can work together to understand old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build greater self-compassion, confidence, and clarity. My hope is to help you create a life that feels more aligned, connected, and authentically yours.

Meet Ashlee Allen. Registered Social Worker

I know how easy it can be to spend so much time caring for others that you lose touch with yourself along the way.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's beneath the surface, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels meaningful and lasting.

My primary therapeutic modality is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). This is an integrative approach combining attachment theory, affective neuroscience, somatic practice, interpersonal neurobiology and psychodynamic approaches.

  • That depends on your needs and goals. Some clients come weekly, others biweekly or monthly. We’ll figure out a schedule that works best for you and can adjust it as needed.
